Saana is a five year Lhasa Apso who is our foundation Lhasa Apso bitch.  It only took us three years to find her thanks to the help of Juha Kares and CJ Kenon. We picked up Saana in Finland in Decemeber 2019, right before the COVID shut down worldwide.

Sanna has been a great show dog for us. She recently earned her Gold AKC Grand Champion. Saana was the #4 Lhasa Apso in the USA in 2023. She won the Greater Capital Area Lhasa Apso Specility to earn her BISS title. She also had puppies in 2002 - Eight puppies. We are expecting a litter of puppies that are expected to whelp in mid-June 2026.

Prodigy

Saana had eight puppies in her last litter. She was breed with Otto - GCh Diamella Oh My Goodness.  The puppies were a rainbow of colors.

Three of her puppies are showing in conformation. Two of the puppies, Koenigplatz's Set Fire to Rain and Chic Choix Koenigplatz Omaria-Demarchelie have been awarded their AKC Conformance Championships. The six other puppies are in loving home around the US.

Health

Saana has  undergone DNA testing.  The American Lhasa Apso Club, ALAC, does not require any health testing at present.

Puppies

We are expecting Lhasa puppies in mid-June 2026 from a Hellfire x Sanna breeding. We will keep you updated on this litter of Lhasa puppies.  They are expected to be whelped in mid-June.
